A Laugh Is Simply a Smile Said Out Loud

Just wanted to share this layout with you by Tina Dalton. I just adore the title. Tina has simply used Green Tara white paper flowers & pearl centres. She then coloured them with some Glimmermist. She has also used some Green Tara Pearls by the metre. Looks great Tina.
