"Love, We"

Hello friends and followers!!

Today I am sharing with you a layout I made using soft colors.

The sketch is by Emma Stafrace.

I used pink glimmer mist and a brick stencil for the background.
I have colored the Scrapmatts chipboard pieces with the same pink
 glimmer mist and some light blue acrylic paint and stickles.

I am IN LOVE with that GORGEOUS huge Damask flower!!!

My cluster consists of 2 lovely pink roses, 2 white velvet leaves
  which match with everything, and a beautiful Azalea!!!

Here is a pink tutu flower, a pink rose, white velvet leaf &
some great Green Tara  white lace.

Mini album

"A Beautiful Princess"

Now this is an album inspired by Kelly Anne.
A friend of mine saw a video of this mini album and asked me to
 make her one that looked like it!!

So this is what I came up with, and of course it is loaded with all the
 gorgeous stuff that was in my Green Tara  DT box!! Woohoo!!

Here you can see a pink and a purple rose, a pink Azalea, a
 purple velvet leaf  and a gorgeous butterfly!!!

For this cluster I have used a beautiful purple Sakura flower,
 a pink Heirloom flower, skeleton and purple velvet leaves,
  roses and a pink Azalea.

Another beautiful and huge butterfly, a skeleton leaf the bud n' bow
ribbon in pink and the gorgeous brushed sequin ribbon.

Everything is covered up with gold Stickles.

"On Stage"

This is  a layout that I made for Scrapmatts chipboard where I have
 used the lovely cherry blossom flowers which have a glorious
blue color and a blue Gardenia.

When I received my Design Team pack I was tickled pink to
 receive some of Green Tara's 12x12 mulberry papers...
 & in my first layout So Sweet of my DD & hubby (her dad)....

I have scrunched it up & have used the reverse side of some
 of the 12x12 Jaipur Red/Gold paper.

Then in this cluster I have some large skeleton leaves, a nice BIG
 Blue Camellia flower, a white  Primula which I have sprayed  with
 some grey mist... a cute little red lace pearl flower, a Black maple leaf &
 some gold pearl stamens peeking out.

 A Brown christmas vine...

School Days, Masquerade And A Tag by Kim Price

 

Hi guys. I know it's been a while since I have posted at Green Tara

 but I am back now and ready to go with another term on the

 Green Tara Design Team, and today I wanted to share two new projects 

and revisit an older project - all featuring some of the beautiful products 

available through Green Tara. 

My first project is a scrapbooking layout featuring a snapshot of my 

youngest daughter while she was still in high school. I have chosen

 elements such as the flower stem, ribbon and skeleton leaves to 

coordinate with my photograph and background and added one of the

 small butterflies to the opposite side of my cluster for balance.

 I adore layouts with lots of layers on them, but I also love a more

 simplified look such as is featured in this page.

For my second project I chose to decorate a mask using lots of

 flowers and other elements such as flower and beaded sprays, 

paper string, satin rope, a large butterfly and flower stamens.

 From bold burgundy to the softest pink shades, this piece is really 

feminine and makes a dramatic statement. Decorating your own mask is 

made really easy using a hot glue gun for fast drying and just a little

 imagination for a stunning effect.

Lastly I wanted to share a tag I created a month or so back using

 Green Tara flowers and some of the new Green Tara burlap trim.

 I love the amazing texture you can achieve with this new trim, 

which you can either leave in the ribbon form it comes in or pull some

 of the fibres apart for a more random look as I have done on this tag.

Cute and Bubbly layouts By Linda Thompson

When I saw this paper range from Bo Bunny called Isabella
I knew it would be a great fit for me, I mean, I have so many
girls how could it not be.

"Bubble Fun"

I wanted to make a simple page that brings the focus to the

 photo and the flowers.

I have cut a flower vine/spray in half and used a piece on either side

 of my page, twisting it around a small paint brush to give it more life.

 Here we have a pink apple blossom, new satin rosette in ivory,

 a pincushion flower & Black silk flower.

This side of the flower cluster has a ivory camellia as the main flower,

 a black small heirloom, pink cherry blossom, cream apple blossom 

and a new azalea in pink, I've also added some skeleton leaves and 

wire cord that has also been wrapped around a paint brush to make 

little swirls. I added small dabs of glossy accents to the flowers and 

sprinkled diamond dust over them.

Some Mesh ribbon has been cut to look like a banner.

I little white rose has been made grey with home made paint spray.

"Cute But Dangerous"

This photo was taken while in a crowd of people at a Christmas 

carols show, little miss was spinning around as I caught the photo &

 the look on her face sums up this little cutie who keeps me on

 my toes every minute of every day.

New Burlap ribbon has been used in a number of places and 

any pieces that have fallen off from cutting have also been added 

to the page. Small cluster of flowers including a Sakura and 

Heirloom flower with a small rose. Memory Maze title.

A cute little cluster of flowers including a blue primula, 

pink lace with pearl flower and a cherry blossom,

 each has been slightly painted with gesso. More burlap ribbon 

tucked in at the top and some loose strands.

Ladies-n-Red

Hello everyone, Jan here again.  This month I decided on a 

red, black and white theme. 

This beautiful red Satin Rosette is the perfect embellishment

to compliment the bride's flower in my photo. A white

4cm Heirloom, a red Rose, some tiny Rosebuds, and white

Velvet Leaves make the perfect cluster.

I love these Silk Flowers with a Swarovski Crystal and Green

Tara Lace is just so gorgeous I use it a lot.

 This is my gorgeous niece Danika.  These pics were

taken at her Year 12 Formal.

In this cluster I used a 4cm Heirloom, a red and a red and white

Cherry Blossom, a white 1.5cm Rose and a 1cm Rose, a red Mini

Flower and some green Velvet Leaves.

 I cut down one of the green Velvet Leaves and added a 1.5cm

red Rose to just finish off my design.

Again I have used Cherry Blossoms here in red and white and

another red Rose with green Velvet Leaves.

 Green Tara's Polka Dot Organza Ribbon is just so

gorgeous it looks great on anything.
